5. What format do the lessons come in?

   You have three ways you can go through the lessons. You can either download them to your PC, you can view them online or you can order our CD version.

6. What programs or specifications do I need to be able to run the program.

   It’s very easy. All you do is download the lessons by pressing the buttons indicated online or put the CD into the CD drive and up pop the lessons. The interface looks exactly like the demo lesson you would have seen earlier.

8. I have a 56k modem. Is this fast enough to download the guitar lessons and view the material online?

   A. You may find that the first lesson you download may take a minute or two but once you have viewed the guitar lesson once it will remain on your PC in your temporary internet files so next time you go to the website downloading will be instantaneous. You can also download it so it installs onto your computer and you don’t even need to be on the internet.

9. I don’t always have access to a computer. Can I still use the lessons when I’m not online?

   A. Within each lesson you’ll find a “print this lesson” button which prints off the text version of the lesson so you can refer to it wherever you are, any time of the night or day.
